AJ's first attempt at DDRMAX2 was for StepMania 4 CVS. Work was started in April 2007, EuroMix2 mode was added in September. A few weeks later, Takyua's announcement of MAX2 for SM4 prompted AJ to cancel the theme. Takuya's theme has yet to surface, so...
