| Description | "-" (minus key) is mapped to back button of 2P in 7key by default. However, this poses problem when you are going to edit a numerical attribute that accepts negative number e.g. beat 0 offset. Simply put, when you try to put a negative number in such an attribute, you can't because you would then quit editing the attribute when you hit the minus key. | ||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Go into step editor. 2. Edit song info (or whatever) 3. Edit beat 0 offset (or anything supposed to accept a negative number.) 4. Attempt putting negative number fails as StepMania quits editing if you hit the minus key | ||||||||||

I'm not able to reproduce this error in the latest code (though when using the editor with KB7 mode, the '-' key will act as back, bringing up the menu). Does this bug still exist in StepMania 5 alpha 2? |

Sorry for really late reply (wasn't around for months). I mean kb7 game mode actually. Yes, in kb7 the '-' key act as back. As a result, I cannot put any negative number in editor because when I hit the '-' key (the minus sign), it quits editing. Possibly need to change the default key-map? Still same problem as of alpha 3. |
