This will allow themers to set bg music (from [ThemeName]/Sounds/[Any Screen] music) in-delay in any screen.

(0001912) jindev (reporter) 2012-11-12 20:58	bug encountered. When the DelayMusicSeconds is greater than 0, the audio skip with silence by that amount in seconds before proceeding to the next loop.
